Lovely private studio

Pros: Lovely little studio on a quiet road in a great neibourhood. It felt so private being on the top floor and not overlooked by neighbours. Having the balcony was such a plus as it was shaded in the hot afternoon.

Cons: The balcony patio was very dusty and the we the many stairs were tiring after lots of wandering around Istanbul but overall I would recommend it.

beautiful and cozy place to stay for a family break

Pros: It was a great place to feel the essence of colorful Istanbul - with a lot of traditions, religions, cultures and history behind. Easy to make breakfast yourself or choose a Turkish breakfast from one of the numerous eateries around.

Cons: light in the kitchen/lounge could be a bit better, as well as water pressure in the shower :)

Good stay in the old part of Istanbul

Pros: Nice and cozy appartments. Good place for long stay in the heart of Balat. However it’s hard to find car parking place on the street - the streets are very narrow

Cozy little apartment in a rustic neighborhood, perfect for couples and solo stays

Pros: Excellent location, good access to public transportation and amenities like groceries and dining. Historical neighborhood, if a little run down. The host was friendly and responsive to all of our requests, and kept sure the apartment was cleaned regularly every week. Most facilities needed for extended stay were available.

Cons: The only major negative was the comfort of the bed. The frame was not sturdy and the quality of the mattress was below average. While fine for maybe 1-2 nights, it wasn't adequate for long stays. Other minor points would be the lack of a microwave oven and the location of the air conditioner, which would probably be more effective in the bedroom.

Wonderful quality apartment with welcoming hosts

Pros: The owner made sure everything was clean and all the amenities were present. The apartment was also beautifully decorated with a hint of local culture.

Our stay was lovely, we were comfortable and very happy with the apartment and value for money.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful, provided that authentic feel, stunning views of the city.

Cons: We used google maps and it took a couple wrong turns to find the property, eventually had to ask a lady walking on the street. Upon check in we had assistance with our luggage, at checkout we had to struggle down very steep, narrow stairs with our luggage.

Pros: The biggest plus is a localisation in the old part of the city, close to the area with a lot of cafe's and restaurants. You will see more local people as tourists here. In all this places are normal prices. Is close to buses and to tram. In the appartment there is washing machine, fridge, hair dryer. Its a budget very nice place.

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: Amazing place. Beautiful and comfortable room and the balcony ❤️ it is located in quiet part of Balat but it is not far away from restaurants. Room was clean. Staying there was really nice experience.

Fantastico appartamento

Pros: La casa è molto bella. L'host risponde subito e risolve qualsiasi problema. Consiglio di soggiornare in questi appartamenti per visitare una delle città più belle al mondo.

Cons: L'armadio in stanza è un po' troppo vicino al letto rendendo difficoltoso il passaggio.
