Excellent value for money stay with super accommodating staff

Pros: Excellent location with a beautiful terrace that overlooks the Bosphorus. The staff was so friendly and always accommodated us, the highlight being that they allowed us to check out 1,5hr later because we had a late flight out. Clean towels and bottles of water were provided daily. The breakfast was excellent and felt like a full meal; we skipped lunch most days as we were quite full from it.

Cons: The only issue was the shower; the shower head could not handle the pressure and was leaking on the side so we mostly had to use the overhead shower instead.

Pros: Don’t be fooled by the slightly run down area the hotel is really nice very clean and modern. Staff are very friendly and helpful and very central to the major attractions

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily return. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was cleaned frequently, which made the stay feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall, a great experience thanks to the wonderful service and high hygiene standards. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Pros: Great hospitality of all the staff , rooms cleaned every day , have all the necessary stuff. The place is located close to all important public transport. Also, the hotel staff is very helpful in arranging requests like airport transfer, tips on visiting places in Stambul etc. The terrace on roof offers great views on Stambul.
