Pros: The accommodation is very good, right in the city center. The manager is very friendly and open-minded.

Pros: The place is very clean, to be honest. I was traveling with a baby, and the bed smelled good, as did the bedding. Everything was clean. The hotel's location is very close to many bus and tram stations. The staff is very friendly. The air conditioning worked well, but I didn't try the freezer, to be honest. The hot water is good. Overall, it's good value for money. If I return to the same place next time, I will.

Cons: The only negative, to be honest, is the floor we were assigned. We were on the first floor, and if someone opened or closed the doors, we woke up, especially with a baby. But overall, everything is good.

I recommend this hotel for individual travellers

Pros: Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from metro station and T1 tram's stop. Many shops, cafes, reastaurants, currency exchange points, etc. in the area. Very friendly manager and his family, they'll always help if you have any problem. I can recommend this hotel for individual travellers like me and those who visit Istanbul for the first time! There was one problem that was successfully solved, so I write about it in this section. On arrival I received a room on a ground floor, near the entrance door, with a view of a busy street. I have no complaints about the room itself, everything was fine. But because there were so many people walking down the street, it was noisy, and people often smoked right outside the windows, so I couldn't open it even for a short time to ventilate the room. Many thanks to the manager for changing it for me! So I spent the rest of my stay in another room with a view of the very narrow courtyard where nobody smoked.

Cons: Taxi can not go inside the street

Pros: The location is just perfect, close to both the metro and the tram, in a quiet neighborhood. Halil Bey and his son are very welcoming: upon our arrival, they offered us Turkish coffee and tea. The room was very clean, the shower brand new, and all supplies were available in abundance. We had access to the kitchen all day, which was well equipped, including a washing machine. Halil Bey’s kindness is truly remarkable: he even helped us get to the airport on the day of our departure. He is a great, respectful, and warm man who speaks fluent Arabic – a real plus for us. I highly recommend this place, which has truly become like my home in Istanbul.
