Pros: The hotel’s location was excellent, with a bus station right outside the building, which made getting around very convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for apartment-style living, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets were also provided upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.
Cons: The only downside was the internet connection. It was quite unstable, sometimes it worked well, sometimes even video calls were difficult.

Very convenient accommodation.
Pros: New, clean, comfortable and modern, with private parking and free shuttle to Taksim and Shishane squares and back (every hour). Very polite and helpful staff. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Also on the back streets there are couple of supermarkets.
Cons: There is a little noise from the street, but the isolation is very good, so it isn’t a problem.

Pros: Thank you for our wonderful stay! Booked for 7 nights, arrived late at night via Hava-ist bus, bus stop right outside the hotel! Room was great, washing machine and kitchen included, comfortable bed, everything clean! Very helpful staff, happily helped and answered all questions, Salah and his team were very supportive and kind! Luggage storage is also available! Free shuttle service to Taksim Square and back to hotel, lovely interior, lots of grocery shops around (2 - 3 minute walk) and a shopping centre across from hotel! Will definitely be returning, thank you so much for our stay 😊

I recommend it.
Pros: Big room, comfortable bed and there is a balcony. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. They offer a free transport. You can use and go for fifteen minutes to Tacsim square.

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean and brand new, with well-equipped rooms that had everything we needed. Most importantly, they even offered a free hourly shuttle to nearby popular attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. We ended up staying here again when we returned to Istanbul.

A comfortable stay with excellent service, friendly staff, and a clean, well-equipped room
Pros: I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and overall the experience was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Salah, were extremely respectful, professional, and welcoming. The luggage assistance staff were also very polite and helpful. The place is quiet and comfortable, and the in-room facilities are very practical and suitable for a long stay. Cleanliness and overall services were excellent. The only downside is that breakfast is not available, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
