Homie Suites - Luxury Apartments in Maçka

Very big apartment, clean with nice views

Pros: Clean apartment, it had everything we needed and the terrace is amazing.

Cons: We arrived when it was raining and windy and it was hard to stay on the terrace.

Perfect stay

Pros: Honestly everything was great. The apartment is super clean and very big. It has a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, lots of storage room. Location is safe and very lively with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. Self check in worked flawlessly and communication with the hosts was very fluid and they asked always if everything was fine. The apartment is very close to the Beşiktaş stadium. If there’s a match while you’re there, the area can get more active. If you like football (like us) this will be great to see. From SAW airport to the apartment we simply took the metro and then the ferry to Beşiktaş.

Cons: Small comment about the location: travelling with but might get tricky due to high traffic. If you can just walk that distance from the apartment until the tram station (e.g. T1 to go to the old town) or metro station.

Pros: I had a great stay at the apartment managed by Homie Suites! Everything was well organized and exactly as described. The place was clean, bright, and very comfortable — perfect for my stay in Istanbul. Communication with the team was excellent. Special thanks to Tunç, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout my stay. His support made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would definitely stay with Homie Suites again. Highly recommended!

Cons: There was a small issue with the hot water pressure, but I was informed it was due to a temporary power cut in the area, and it has already been resolved.

Great place, lots of space, all amenities included, superb price. Well recommended.

Pros: It was effortless communication: collecting the keys and further communication regarding checkout. Very nice and easy. Location was perfect for me, because super close to the conference. Plus coffee shops nearby and grocery stores.

Cons: For me, it was not an issue at all, but some people can find street noise too loud. But the street is not big, traffic is ok, just in case someone is very sensitive.

This apartment will be our first choice in our future visit to Istanbul.

Pros: Spacious apartment with everything that you need. Location is perfect!! The communication with the owner was fast and easy.

Cons: It is noisy during the night but we managed to deal with it using white noise.

Pros: Everything was great! The apartment is very clean, spacious, bright, comfortable. It is in an ideal location, next to one of the best, large parks in Istanbul, many shops, cafes, banks and ATMs right under the house, no problems with taxis, also within walking distance of many interesting and popular places in Istanbul! But the main treasure of this apartment is the people who work there. Humanity, decency, respect, kindness, professionalism - this is all about the people who work here! Mr. Tunc surrounded us with care and did everything to make our stay wonderful. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your beautiful apartment!

Pros: Mister Tunç was an outstanding host. He warmly welcomed us and made sure we felt comfortable from the start. He checked in to see if we needed anything and assured us that we could reach out to him anytime if anything came up. His attentiveness and genuine care made our stay truly enjoyable. We were impressed by his thoughtfulness and attention to detail, and we will definitely book again. 🤗

Big bang for your buck.

Pros: Near a conference we attended at the Swiss Hotel and the price was right.

Cons: It is close to a busy street and therefore very noisy at times.

Pros: Tunc is the best guy! Extremely helpful, a real treasure.

Great value

Pros: Easy to find and location was excellent. Walking distance to Beşiktaş, felt safe and sound. Nice restaurants and coffee shops just opposite. Great value for money. Forgot to take photo of the bedroom but it was equally nice
