Pros: It was amazing staff were very helpful and reliable and clean it was in the middle of the city easy to reach other area.

Cons: We only didn't like that we can't take breakfast to the rooms

Warm Welcome in Fatih

Pros: We had a family reunion with folks arriving from 3 different countries. Süleyman and his team (Mahbuba, Canan, Ahmed, Zakarya) went above and beyond to make our stay at Lemis stress-free and pleasant. The hotel is well-maintained and located conveniently within walking distance from the tram station.

Cons: Nothing critical, just a few suggestions that could help elevate the experience even further. Reservation stated that we'd have a microwave and a washing machine in each of the 2 one-bedroom apartments but we only had one washing machine and no microwaves. This was somewhat important as we were traveling with children and needing to heat up food and wash clothes frequently. Perhaps, the description on booking.com could be adjusted. The variety of breakfast choices could be improved but this is likely a non-issue for shorter stays.

Pros: Lovely location and big, comfortable apartment. Very friendly and polite staff.

Cons: A bit of improvement on the cleaning could be done.

Family 6 3 bdrm apt

Pros: Top floor apt 3 bdrns family could be together. Staff were fantastic, cleaned apt daily. Good location close to transport. Nice balcony to relax and quiet area. Good kitchen with all cooking utensils provided.

Cons: Wifi kept dropping out when on the balcony. Little things like no bedside light to read but ok if you have a Kindle. AC abit noisy sometimes, no microwave or toaster but we didn't need them.

Pros: Mr Sulaiman and his team was so helpful. Great hospitality. The apartment was really nice and have all the bacis facility needed. Besides, the location also good.

We would stay here again.

Pros: We stayed for a week in January in a three-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - toilet, sink, shower - which is what we wanted. The radiators kept our rooms warm. No traffic noise, but we could hear cats and seagulls. We were able to cook in the apartment as there is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is also a lift in the hotel. The hotel location is great. Suleyman went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: The lift was a bit noisy, we could hear it going up and down at night.

Pros: Suleyman, the general manager, was very helpful both with our check-in and during our stay. He speaks English (and I think Arabic too) and offered good suggestions on the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very clean (it was cleaned daily) and very comfortable for our stay. Heating was perfect for the cold weather and there is a lift as well in the building. It was very convenient to both jump on trams and buses to get to Sultanahmet, Taksim square or to any other part of Istanbul.

Vlue for money. While it's a bit far from the main tourist spots it's very close to public transport

Pros: Very close to a Tram and bus stop. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good for the price.

Cons: Room was a bit stuffy at times.

Pros: Great location. A minute walk to reach a station of T1 tram line. Building also has an elevator. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Kind and helpful personnel. Special thanks goes to Suleiman.
