Grafen Hotel

Pros: The owners were exceptionally kind and helpful—more so than any host I’ve encountered in all my travels across different countries. I gave a rating of 8, not because of any complaints, but to reflect the fact that this isn't a luxury property with high-end facilities. That said, it offered excellent value for money and perfectly met our needs during our 4-day stay. At the time of booking, it was the best-priced option available. The location is great—within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, and close to metro, bus and tram stations. Prices in this part of the city are much more affordable compared to the old town, so we were able to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and fresh juices at very reasonable costs.

Family Warmth

Pros: During my stay at Grafen Hotel, I enjoyed the warmth of a family-like atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was particularly noteworthy; every corner was sparkling and hygienic. Although there was no breakfast option at the hotel, the delicious breakfast at Sıcak Kafe, just 20 meters away, was a delightful alternative. Additionally, the complimentary laundry and drying machines provided by the hotel were a significant convenience. The internet speed was quite sufficient for both work and leisure online activities. For lunch and dinner, I took advantage of the diverse and tasty food options offered by restaurants located just 100 meters from the hotel. Grafen Hotel is an excellent choice for both families and business travelers, and I am looking forward to visiting again.

Pros: გრაფენ სასტუმროში შესანიშნავი დრო გავატარეთ! ოთახები სუფთა და კომფორტული იყო, პერსონალი კი - გულთბილი და დახმარების მოყვარული. სასტუმროს ცენტრალური ადგილმდებარეობა საშუალებას გვაძლევდა ქალაქის იოლად დათვალიერებას. აუცილებლად დავბრუნდებით და ყველას ვურჩევთ!

Pros: Location was great. Close to metro station amd exchange offices. Host gavw a better room as what was booked. Am glad for the hospitality.

Great for a short stay awesome staff and easy parking :)

Pros: I only stayed for one night but it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and made me feel very welcome. The location was perfect — I could easily explore the area on foot. My room was clean and comfortable. I was lucky to find free street parking right outside, but if not, the Yenikapı İspark nearby is affordable (about 400 TL for 24 hours). I’d happily stay again for my next quick trip

Felt like staying with friends in the heart of the city

Pros: From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of the family. Seriously, they were that friendly! The location? Couldn’t ask for better everything worth seeing was just around the corner. The room was spotless and super comfy. If you want a cozy stay where people actually care, this is your spot.

The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from all the must-see spots and public transport. My room was clean and comfy. Honestly, the team and the location made my trip unforgettable. Cons: The only thing was that it could get a bit noisy at times, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily return.
