Great experience! From check-in, to room service and the restaurant! Highly recommendable.

Pros: The Brasserie and the Spago were excellent. Super-friendly staff and excellent food.

Cons: Gym was ok, unfortunately in the cellar with now window.

Cons: I didn't like the person who met us at the reception desk upon check-in. He was very tense and arrogant. He couldn't process my card payment at one terminal and started saying they only accept credit cards, not debit cards. He eventually tried another terminal, which worked, but his receipt got chewed up and he kept us waiting. Finally, I said, \

Great stuff

Pros: It wasn’t our first time. Of course hotel is fabulous regarding comfort. Nice room, nice restaurant and everything but the best part is working stuff. I have had medical problem during our stay and hotel staff was extremely helpful. They were very helpful toward my wife and son. Like family. Everyone. Reception desk, concierge, valet service. Thank you very very much. See you again… for sure. You are the best.
