Pros: The hotel is in a safe location and very close to Istiklal Street, just a few steps away. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are friendly—especially Rami, who welcomed us. He was very kind, helpful, and polite. Our experience was very pleasant, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Rami made me feel confident and safe about my family’s stay
Pros: I was very worried booking a hotel for my wife and young children while I was in the Netherlands. I initially booked only one night and then decided to extend for another night. The hotel itself is quite basic, but Mr. Rami made everything much better with his kindness, guidance, and support. Thanks to him, I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you, Rami

Pros: I stayed at the hotel for 10 nights. The location is excellent and close to everything. The hotel is fairly okay, but there were issues with hot water cutting off, and breakfast was very simple with no variety. At night, there was noise that made it difficult to sleep. However, the excellent service at the reception—especially from Rami—completely changed my impression and made me decide to stay. Special thanks also to the kitchen staff for their kindness

Rami’s professionalism kindness and positive attiude truly make a difference
Pros: The hotel is in a very great location, extremely close to everything and just a few steps away from Istiklal Street, which makes it perfect for walking around. The breakfast is good but quite simple, and the rooms are also quite small. I have been a guest at this hotel for almost a year now, and honestly, the main reason I return every six months is the excellent treatment from Rami. He is Yemeni, very professional, with high morals and a friendly, welcoming smile. You can feel the difference as soon as you enter the hotel — the hotel is on the left, and Rami is on the right 😊. Also, special thanks to Ahmed from Egypt at the buffet for his kind and respectful service

Rami’s service alone changes the entire experience and is the main reason I enjoy coming back to this hotel.
Pros: Despite the hotel being very budget-friendly and fairly basic, with small rooms and a simple breakfast, the prices are relatively reasonable for the location. What truly makes this hotel worth staying at is Mr. Rami at the reception. He is by far the best part of the hotel. Rami is extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful. He makes guests feel at home from the moment they arrive. He assists with everything—from hotel needs to Istanbul programs and recommendations—and always does so with genuine care. He speaks English at a native British level, as well as Arabic and Turkish, which makes communication very easy. Honestly, Rami’s service alone changes the entire experience and is the main reason I enjoy coming back to this hotel.

Great value for money. Good breakfast. They offered me coffe/tea on the house both - on arrival and when I appeared
Pros: Perfect location in the Taksim area. Good breakfast and very helpful and friendly stuff.
Cons: Rooms are a little small to me. This though is not a big deal, particularly in the light of the advantages that this hotel provides.

Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful with travel info across Istanbul. The Hotel is cosy as well, so you soon get to know fellow guests. The location close to Istikkal street between Taksim Square Metro and Galata Tower makes train commuting simple and quick.
Cons: The family room, 4 sleeper is a bit small, but we just needed the hotel for sleeping and hot water really.

Pros: We stayed for 5 nights and everything was great. It’s a small and cozy place with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were super kind and helpful. The location is perfect, with lots of tourists around and a nice local vibe. Really close to everything and easy to get around. We really felt comfortable here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
