Pros: Location is perfect, super friendly staff, very helpful when I returned for a couple more nights.

Cons: There can be some noise coming through from the busy neighbourhood

Pros: The location and the quality of the rooms. The staff are incredibly lovely, especially Reza who took care of us from the very first day.

Cons: The breakfast. Maybe a little bit more of a selection for different dietary requirements would be beneficial. All the meat provided was beef and we were unable to eat it.

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was very tasty, and the location was really convenient and central. I want to give a special shoutout to Utku at reception – he was super friendly and incredibly helpful, always ready to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. He really made me feel welcome and taken care of, which made my stay even better. Will be revisiting again .

Pros: Amazing hotel for what you pay - clean, breakfast was a lot of food and not to mention, delicious. Staff very helpful. I was worried from past reviews about noise but I couldn’t hear anything from my room. Would happily stay again and will recommend to friends. Very helpful and kind staff. Location off main strip, near galata and short walk to pier.

Pros: The room was tidy and big enough for me. Comfortable bed. The doors in the bathroom were a bit confusing as they were transparent and opposite the window, so I had to keep curtains always closed. Lovely staff.

Cons: The air conditioner didn't work some days, due to which room was too hot.

Pros: The hotel is located in a beautiful building on a side street of Istiklal, an excellent location for exploring Beyoglu and the rest of Istanbul, as it is very well connected with public transport. The room was spacious and comfortable - a definite plus was the possibility of frequent (even daily) room cleaning. Excellent Turkish breakfast at the common space on the ground floor. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Cons: The hotel is located in a lively area with bars and nightclubs - during my stay in the room I could hear loud music until 2-3 am, because apparently the building is not well insulated in terms of acoustics. Windows were completely locked and it was not possible to let fresh air in the room. The fridge almost had room temperature (thus not cooling anything) - according to the staff, this was deliberate because otherwise the fridge is too noisy. Breakfast was delicious, yet served only from 9-10.30 pm - sadly I had to miss it three times as I had to go out earlier.
