I was very happy staying there, and as I said, the staff were very helpful and friendly

Pros: The people were very helpful and friendly in the hotel and it’s the hotels in a perfect position for anyone that’s traveling to Istanbul. It’s in the heart of where you need to be.

Enjoyable and comfortable.

Pros: Great location although not directly accessible by car. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Cons: Because of the central location it can get noisy especially if your room is at the front of the house. Dinner in the restaurant is overpriced.

The woman from the restaurant named SERVGI was so kind and respectful; she always spoke with a good smile and every time asked if we needed something she is so good and they even prepared a surprise birthday for me.

Pros: Everything was good especially the location and staff. Especially the lady who was running the breakfast area every morning and a receptionist called Birol or Bilal was very nice and helpful also the housekeeping staff was very nice

Cons: Getting to the hotel after the airport was difficult as cars may not be as easily accessible within that region for taxi.
