Zem Hotel

Recommend it!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Zem hotel! Nice, comfortable and very clean rooms. Friendly and realy very helpful staff! Good location - not far from the main street (with tram #1) and the main sightseeing in the old town. I highly recommend Zem hotel and definitely will visit it again!

Cons: Keep in mind that the street is a bit steep!

Pros: Hey guys, the Zem is a little jem! Purched, typically half way up a steep, cobbled roadway, it offered alot of comfort & style. We (5 of us), in two rooms, total, found the Zem to be a convenient home base, close to the attractions. We spent some evenings sitting out the front of the hotel drinking a few reds & chatting to the many passers by. It was quite romantic! The reception staff were crazy good fun & enormously helpful. Thanks Zem, we won't forget you back in Australia!😀🤪

Cons: LEAVING!

Pros: very close to tourist attractions, you could walk. clean room, very nice cleaning lady, changed our towels every day. reception equally nice, they even changed our room, the lady with glasses was very sweet.

Pros: I truly loved the location – it was close to everything I needed, both for tourism and for personal needs such as food and other necessities. I can say it was the perfect place for someone visiting the city for the first time, as well as for those who have been here before. What impressed me the most, beyond the excellent conditions, was the staff. Our stay was greatly enhanced by their warm and friendly presence at the hotel reception. Don’t worry about not knowing Turkish – their English is perfect. Moreover, I can say that I didn’t just leave with priceless memories, but also with some language knowledge that we will always cherish. The staff once again showed us how much certain elements can bring us together, even though we are so different. Thank you so much, Zem Hotel, for the experience – we hope to return as soon as possible! I wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, with spotless rooms. What truly made the experience outstanding was the staff – exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Cons: I think the location, u have to climb an uphill which is a bit tiring and not good. Other than that it’s a very good hotel, worth the money.

The hotel has an excellent location: all the interesting places, the bazaar, and the metro are within walking distance, which saves time and makes the trip even more enjoyable. Pros: Very kind and helpful service. Room was comfortable and clean. Also, I must highlight and appreciate 24 hour reception.

Cons: Bathroom was not so spacious and door could not be fully opened as there was sink in the their way.
