Mukarnas Taksim Hotel

Pros: Our stay was amazing. The hotel was spotless and very well maintained, and the room was exactly as described. Every day our room was cleaned, towels were changed, etc. The breakfast was excellent — I can honestly say it was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire staff was extremely helpful, especially Ms. Gozde, who took care of us at breakfast!! We have never experienced anything like that anywhere else!!! The location was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet!!

Pros: Great location close to the Taksim square metro station and the Havabus stop. Hotel was clean and facilities were good. The free breakfast included was good, and Ayhan Multn took great care of our breakfast service.

Cons: The air conditioning makes a bit of noise at night, which was a bit annoying.

Pros: Had a lovely time here. The hotel is well appointed in a touristic area, yet out of the hassle and the noise of Istiklal Street. There are good restaurants all around, the bus/metro station is 5mins walk away. The room was clean, well-lit and of a more normal size comparing with most of the claustrophobic places one usually finds in Istanbul.

Excellent value for money and an exceptional breakfast

Pros: Breakfast is exceptional and the staff who work on it are fantastic and really attentive. The room was beautiful and had all of things you’d usually find at a 5* hotel. Overall it was exceptionally good value for money and a wonderful stay.

Cons: I wasn’t able to check in early - but in fairness I didn’t request it in advance. Other than that it met all expectations.

Exceptional service.

Pros: The place was genuinely the best cleaned place we've stayed at. We loved that. The older man that served breakfast was extremely polite, brought us coffee and tea and served us as we were royalty.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Mukarnas Hotel Taksim. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special and stress-free. Special thanks to Cahida, who took care of cleaning and arranging our room perfectly every day. She was very professional and always smiling — her work really made a big difference in our comfort. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.
