Great vibe, very friendly, super

Pros: The location, the comfy large room, lovely views, great staff especially Abdulla, so kind and helpful

Cons: The steps, but the staff helped with the cases so no problem

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, I will always consider staying next time.

Pros: The location is right on Istiklal street, I like it when I can see all the drama from my windows. The staff members are trying their best to meet your requests, special mention to Islam and Abdullah, Hassan and Julie Han. The room is cleaned daily thanks to Zainab. The breakfast prepared by a very helpful and friendly catering head called Julie Han is lovely, typical of Turkish breakfast buffet, thanks to Julie Han who agreed to take my breakfast to my roommate, I love her haha. There was issue on my roommate allocation on my first night but it was sorted out the next day.

Cons: Generally, I don’t have complaints.

Pros: Abdullah the receptionist was an awesome man he helped us a lot.

Cons: Breakfast are no nice at all. And to get to the reception you have to go to the first floor without lift
