Excellent. Would stay again

Pros: Good location near the main sites in the old town. We stayed in the rear annex building. It was very quiet. Room a little small, but otherwise everything was very good. Great view from the breakfast room.

Pros: The staff were perfect – polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. I would especially like to thank the reception staff, particularly (Shukran) Turkish and the Sudanese gentleman, for their kindness and excellent service & Very friendly atmosphere

Very pleasant and stress-free

Pros: The property is in a good location a few minutes walk from Sultanahmet Square. It is clean and communication is good. The hotel arranged transfers from and to the airport for me and provided fool proof information about meeting points. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and equipped with a kettle and tea and coffee.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

A hidden gem

Pros: The breakfast was very good. Good mix of local and continental foods. The hotel was recently updated, new furniture, everything nice and clean. Very good location in walking distance to many tourist attractions.

Pros: The place was very clean. Cleaning staff were in the room daily. The room was small but adequate. There was constant hot water for showering. It was quiet. Main attraction were only minutes away. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety. All staff very helpful.

Excellent location, breakfast and terrace views

Pros: Very convenient location to the major sights of old Istanbul. Breakfast spread buffet style in the rooftop terrace with great views was excellent as were the breakfast staff.

Cons: The responsiveness to attending to our broken/ falling off toilet seat! Shouldn’t have needed any follow up to get it sorted!
