Pros: The location of the hotel can't be better. It's walking distance to the main sites. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of hot and cold options. There is tea and snacks all day for the guests.

Overall, great, location was awesome, good food, reasonable breakfast, neat and clean

Pros: Location, Near by Food outlets and souvenirs/carpet shops,

Cons: It is bit non-flat surface, probably not good for people with walking issues and wheel chairs

Pros: It was very good in this small and chic hotel. All the staff are kind, they give you all the information you need. It was warm in the room, daily cleaning, good breakfast for a start of the day in beautiful Istanbul. For what you pay it is absurd to have higher demands. We left in the morning and returned in the evening to a clean and warm room. Every afternoon you find tea, fruits and cakes on the house. The area is beautiful, many restaurants around the hotel, close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We will definitely choose this hotel on our next visit to Istanbul.

Pros: Great cosy place, great location and friendly staff! Nice breakfast. We appreciated afternoon’s snacks: cookies, cake & tea.

Cons: It has 4 floors and no lift, for us it was no problem but I understand it can be if you have disabilities or heavy luggage.

Pros: A lovely small hotel ideally located near many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Pros: Location, cleaning every day, good breakfast, quiet street, good communication in reception.

Cons: Some windows face /close to the historic wall so those with claustrophobia or who want a wiew may not like it. We got a smaller room than we booked, maybe rooms are smaller than written

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novano Hotel. The location is excellent, and all the Old Town's attractions are within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a wide variety of local specialties. The staff was extremely helpful.
