Pros: The hotel was situated in an amazing location. The room provided was amazing and was cleaned immaculately everyday.

Cons: The toiletries provided could have been better. Normally at other 5* hotels shampoo and body lotion were provided. The breakfast is ok but needs to more of a variety. Also when went to use the spa facilities the steam room was not working and the sauna was not very hot.

Pros: My stay at Mercure Istanbul Bomonti was overall excellent. The hotel is in a great location — close to many attractions and restaurants. I’m grateful for the room upgrade and truly impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail shown by all staff. Room service was prompt, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and effortless.

Cons: The only downside was some noise from the street, which occasionally disturbed my sleep. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for its comfort, service, and convenience.

Pros: I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and eager to assist. My room was spacious and well-maintained. Although I had originally booked a standard room with a balcony, I was pleasantly upgraded to a suite at no additional cost — a gesture I truly appreciated. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the cleaning lady Ms. Fatima, for her outstanding service and cheerful demeanor. I am also grateful to Ms. Elayda, who provided invaluable assistance throughout my stay. Their efforts greatly contributed to making my experience memorable.

Comfortable, i will come back

Pros: Location very good. Room size good. I was upgraded to Suite Room which i highly appreciated. Staff nice. I really appreciate that by the time of my check out i was approached by Ilayda, Customer Relations Manager and i was asked about my stay, i could tell her what can be improved in my opinion, what was good, what was less good, she received the feedback in a very positive way.

Cons: Breakfast was the same every days - there are Turkish traditional delicacies that can be introduced like gozleme, borek different types, even different types of halva. So i think a bit of diversity would make a difference.
