My go to hotel in Istanbul

Pros: This was my second time booking here as I was so pleased with my first stay and again I was very pleased with my experience. Abdul Kadir, along with all the reception staff were great throughout our stay - they were welcoming, helpful, reliable and super quick to assist us. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Rooms were pretty quiet. Location was amazing - lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, money exchange kiosks and great access to public transport.

Pros: I loved everything about my stay. The staff was professional and helpful in every way possible. I also appreciated the warm welcome and their willingness to assist whenever needed. Pros: The staff was exceptional, very kind and helpful. They also offer free water, tea and coffee. The rooms were clean and were cleaned with care throughout our stay. Other than that, everything was as expected for a small city hotel. Very good price-quality rate

Cons: The rooms seemed more worn-off than it looks on the photos.

Pros: The hotel staff was very nice to us. It was really clean, quiet and in a safe neighbourhood with every service close. They arranged a transfer to the airport for us that worked perfectly. 20 minutes walking to Taskim and 10 minutes to the Congress Center. If you need a hotel in that area, I totally recommend it.

Great Hotel and Staff

Pros: This is a great hotel! I really appreciate the management helping us out with a very late checkout as we had a toddler. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The hotel is also in a great location to get around Istanbul and has a lot of nice restaurants and cafes around. While the street is busy the soundproofing is very good and we slept very well.
