Very nice and as clean as it is seen in the pictures
Pros: The fact that all spaces and furnitures were well-maintained and kept clean makes this hotel stand out among thousands of fake hotel descriptions you will find un İstanbul. I originally booked this hotel for my brother and his wife and they were, dispite being picky about everything in general, very happy about it and we decided to stay in our last night in this hotel too. That is why I have submitted another review for this hotel recently.

A hotel in great location and very close to what was described
Pros: What they have in the pictures for this hotel is very close to what you will experience in reality and this is something that is unfortunately very difficult to find in Istanbul. Breakfast was descent and the staff would cook and bring eggs the way you like it. Reception is always there to help. They are very polite gentlemen.

Pros: My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the housekeeping service was reliable. Overall, a good experience
Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which made it challenging to stay connected. The room featured a kitchenette, which was a nice touch, but it lacked essential items such as forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, cups, and basic cookware like pans or pots. We had to request some of these items from the staff, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros: an omelette bar was great and the variety of options were good, I have seen a better one only in a couple of 5star hotels but the charges were much higher! the location is convenient surrounded with shops and supermarkets. but a bit on the busy side
Cons: if you drive a car, finding a parking spot would be a hassle when you coming back a bit late. it is advised to have a good relation with the surrounding garage attendance!

Pros: Very polite staff. They assisted to us with the parking. Perfect location with many shops around the hotel. Basic breakfast, but still good.

Very good staff and location, facilities are great.
Pros: Location is good as you have access to shops, metro and it is close to many places of interest. Breakfast is good too. The staff was very good and assisted in arranging taxies, tours to other cities, guided when needed and always there to help.
Cons: We had ensuite a bed room and separate seating area with microwave, fridge, small kitchen etc. It was great. Two things could be improved. There was only one bed and one cot for 2 adults and 3 kids. There could be 1 small bed too. though Safa could be used. There were no glasses or crockeries in the kitchen. Water cups were delivered daily however not enough for a family.

If you don't care to stay very close to Taksim and Istiklal this hotel is a great choice.
Pros: The building and rooms were very clean and sharp. The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: This hotel is not that close to the Taksim and Istiklal street and you have to get Taxi and this is the only drawback of this hotel. Any other things were wonderful.

Hotel was in a good llcatiom. Staff were friendll any helpful. Anyquestions we had were dealt with.
Pros: My daughter and I stayed in 38 Hotel from 22-28 September 24. The staff were friendly, hotel was clean and room were spacious. The location of the hotel was in a very good area. Lots of shops. Transport was very easy to access to. Trains, buses and taxis. We would definitely stay again.

All together, it was a good experience especially considering the value for money.
Pros: The staff were helpful. The location is good. It is close to the metro station, from where you can easily access other regions of the city as well. The breakfast was also very good.
Cons: The toilets' cleanliness were not as satisfactory as other services of the hotel.
