Pros: Very helpful stuff, even speaking Russian. Location close to metro and buses. Good price, had a balcony in the room. They are serving breakfast.

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay at a reasonable price

Pros: Location is great for my purposes of being in the city - for a conference. The building is neat and the staff courteous and professional. They always go beyond the bare level of service to ask if you are happy or need anything else done for you in a most respectful manner.

Cons: Nothing in my experience. I strongly recommend the property as a place of choice to stay.

Cons: Two problems: elevators were really slow, and stopped working for a while Also, we reserved a room for three adults and they only provided us with one room card although we asked for room key cards.

Pros: A very clean, safe, and perfectly located hotel — everything you need is just a few steps away. But more than the location and comfort, what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I especially want to thank Omid, Malek, Rojbin and Abdullah for their constant support, patience, and kindness.
