Pros: We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, the breakfast was delicious, and the manager was very friendly. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming — it really made us feel at home.

Pros: -The roof top view pays off the experience and covers any negatives you can have hhhh -the stuff are very helpful and polite

Cons: -The building is so old ,but this is the usual in this area . -the breakfast is fixed same type as the shown in the advertisement photos, no other choices -breakfast time 8:30-10:30 which is regarded late if you have a meeting or ecen early trip, usually the hotels start breafast at 6:30

Pros: Everything was wonderful, the staff was excellent and very kind, the view from the terrace was enchanting, and the location is truly strategic. It will definitely not be the last time.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The location is perfect—close to the city center and main attractions. I would definitely come back here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Pros: This was my 5th visit to Kadikoy and the best hotel I have stayed in, not for the luxury but just for the kindness and care. It is ideally placed for the Havabus for the airport and on arrival at a very early hour, Mr. Altog not only offered me breakfast but assisted an early check in. Fatima and housekeeping staff are so meticulous and the breakfast was a real treat. A bonus was also free tea and coffee on the lovely terrace which also made the hotel superb value for money. It is in a quiet area with ideal access to all the ferries and buses and also access to the upper streets in Kadikoy. Clean towels and toiletries were plentiful and Mr. Altog also gave me a late check out for no charge, stored my luggage and let me remain on the terrace until my bus departure. Being an English teacher in Egypt I so needed a change and a rest and this hotel gave me everything a weary traveler needed. Many thanks again to all the staff and you should be so proud of your work. Karen E Cook

Cons: Nothing as even when I had a question or problem Mr. Altog assisted in sorting it.

Pros: It's a new or renewed building and rooms, and you can use a lift. The room was very clean and comfortable, a good wifi internet. The breakfast was very good, a lot of Turkish tea.

Cons: The receptionist and the waitress didn't speak English but at least tried to understand what I said and needed. In my room there wasn't an electric kettle, sometimes it's better to have it.

Great place to stay

Pros: Really enjoyed this hotel. From the super friendly staff, to the relaxed breakfast at the rooftop terrace with good view, to the room that was so comfortabel, that I could sleep very well. I also have to add the location and reasonable price were good Actually all was good. One of the best.

Cons: Perhaps the only thing was the renovation, so in some corners there are a lot of renovation tools/stuff. I wasnt bothered, but some people may see that differently. I guess its temporary.

Pros: Everything is close by, good restaurants, the metro and ferry options as well as a shopping center. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and can recommend it. Breakfast was very enjoyable at the terrace on top of the hotel with a nice view.
