Overall we are happy with our stay. The staff very helpful.

Pros: The location of the hotel very accessible near the metro line and bus. Walking distance to Ulu Cami mosque and shopping paradise. Can take bus to Uludağ (short distance).

Pros: I love the breakfast and there are also supermarket nearby and eateries.There is also an asian indonesian restaurant nearby. Very convenient.

Pros: Excellent property , we got the best room in the hotel , whole city was visible . I must say one of the best hotels in bursa.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. What truly made our stay special was the staff behavior. Everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Omer (Front Desk Officer) and Ahmet (Bell Boy)—both gentlemen were extremely helpful and paid close attention to all our requirements. Omer went above and beyond by giving us a complimentary upgrade from a 2-bedroom suite to a 3-bedroom suite, which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety and excellent quality. The breakfast lounge on the top floor, SkyLux Restaurant, offers a beautiful setting, and the staff there were very friendly, caring, and attentive, making mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding service. We would definitely love to stay here again! 😊

Pros: The staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, very clean and with all the facilities you need and more. Breakfast is good with a lovely top floor for a night cup and breakfast with beautiful views over the city. A great place to stay . Highly recommended.

Pros: I got a room in the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the city, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast in the rooftop was also amazing. Great hotel to stay.
