Very comfortable hotel

Very nice staff; very good breakfast

Pros: The breakfast was very good and nourishing. The room was clean, not very big, but more than enough for our needs, and the staff was very nice to us. On the first night, we had a problem with the toilet; it was making an annoying sound. They tried to fix it on the spot but could not, so they offered us another room. It was really nice of them, especially because we booked an economy room, but due to the toilet problem, they gave us a standard room they had available. The difference between them is that the economy room is near the reception, which makes it noisier. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was very good and reasonably priced.

Cons: They do not have mosquito nets on the windows, but it was not a big problem for us since we went in October, and it might have been too chilly for the mosquitoes. Additionally, the hotel is at the base of a hill, so almost anywhere we went required walking up that hill.

Pros: Boris and Mejid are very friendly and helpful, the place in Istanbul is great and the accommodations are more than enough ! I strongly recommand !

It was a satisfying one-week stay - will recommend and stay there again.

Pros: The room is well equipped with all amenities - it was very hot, the air conditioner worked extremely well. The bedding was comfortable. The neighbourhood felt vibrant, and safe through the night - there are more than enough eateries and supermarkets to have cooked and fresh food. It is a walking distance from Sultanhamet and the riverside.

Cons: There is a faint odour in the bathroom every few hours - that may have been plumbing issues. It did not create any problems, water pressure was fine as well.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Equipped bathroom, fresh towels, mini shampoo bottles. Equipped with AC, fridge, kettle,....all you need. Nearby, grocery shops, restaurants, barbershop, great location.

Pros: Awesome hotel. We spent six nights here and it was really great. The hotel is comfortable and well located. The staff was really helpful as we were travelling with a baby. I hope we will be back soon!

Pros: Nous n avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place. L emplacement est top, à 10 minutes des sites remarquables tels que la Mosquée bleue, Sainte Sophie, palais Topkapi... La chambre est très propre, serviettes, café, thé, bouilloire à disposition. Le lit est très confortable.

Pros: Locație excelenta, personal amabil, curățenie zilnică, apa, ceai, cafea din partea casei, se poate servi masa în restaurantul propriu, cu 10%reducere pt cei cazați în hotel.

Cons: Micul dejun se repeta la 2 zile si nu atât de variat ca în anii trecuți. Dar gustos.
