Great stay
Pros: Great location. 8 min walk to Taksim station and lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and warm. Very strong hot shower.
Cons: Too many stairs 😅 I got the top floor apartment (3rd floor) and the stairs were pretty steep (as all the other stairs in Istanbul). Not suitable for large suitcases. I don’t mind the small bathroom but can imagine it being awkward for some.

A perfect place for a lodging in Istanbul
Pros: The apartment is located in the best, in my opinion, neighborhood of Istanbul. One that is close by most of the places you would like to visit and at the same time retains the character of a small quarter with beautiful human scale architecture of the 50s, wonderful, well maintained colorful apartment buildings, grocery stores, shops, cafes, restaurants. If you are lucky to be staying at the higher floor you get amazing views to the see of Marmara and the opposite costs. If not, just a few steps from the building you get some stunning views right in front of your eyes. The room is spacious and well equipped,, with abundant day- light, a small kitchen and a small bathroom. The owner is a very kind person, that immediately responded to my questions. Getting the keys and all necessary information to access the room was simple and straightforward. I would definitely like to go back one day.

We had a pleasant stay.
Pros: Nice apartment with roomy living. Central location. Sofa. Tv. Heating was good (too hot even).
Cons: Super small kitchen. Not the best soundproofing. Loud noises from the heater at times. And a chair that blocked pathway to one side of the bed. For a short stay not the biggest issues except for the noises form the heater (as it can be dangerous if it doesn’t work properly).

Pros: The flat is located in a great area at the junction of popular cafes of Cihangir. It’s also 2 mins walking distance to Cihangir’s popular cocktail bars like Geyik, Smyrna as well as 10 mins walking distance to Karakoy and Taksim. The street is quiet at night. In the flat, all details one could need was considered, including an Istanbul travel pass. The host Ali helped us for all we need on whatsapp.

Great place and great host
Pros: This is the best flat I have stayed at in Istanbul so far, and I have been there many times. The place is indeed very, very clean, it is well appointed, and Ali is very friendly, reachable at all times and eager to help. He also actually speaks good English, which is kind of rare in Turkey. I have previously had hosts who used Google Translate to communicate with me, which is fine and dandy until a problem appears, and then things implode.😁
Cons: I can't think of anything really.

This is awesome
Pros: A very stylish and classy apartment, spacey and comfortable It was also easy to check in. And Ali from the Bacrac apartments did a great job. You have a feeling you are in a living neighborhood, there's noice from the street but absolutely not so much it would destroy your night sleep. Last but not least: the location, in the bohemian and chick Cihangir
Cons: The stairs to the apartment. Spiral stairs, and difficult to climb if you have problems with your knees. But with all the positive things that is just a minor setback.

Pros: Property is very nice and in great location . Ali is a very good host he provided us a shuttle from airport and extra towels and always very responsive and helpful There are a lot of good breakfast places nearby Taksim is nearby. Many local shops nearby if you need anything. AC is good and working.
Cons: Very minor things The kitchen faucet was dripping and pan was scratched. My wife felt the pillows are a bit uncomfortable but I thought it was ok
