Pros: Location, quite, clean, availability of full apartmebt items

Pros: The apartment was clean and they provided everything; from kitchen utensils to everyday use. We enjoyed our stay here, even managed to host a dinner with a few friends. The location was good. Accessible with tram and metro. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul for a few days. Good value for money. 10/10.

Pros: Good location, very nice apartment with kitchen and everything what you need also it’s large , so for family it’s perfect. Very kind staff they can answer for all of your questions 24/7. I highly recommend!

Pros: Fabulous apartment, great/easy contact with host and simple well explained self check in and out. On the lower ground floor which really helped with the heat (35degs) there was aircon, but this wasnt always needed. Apartment good location near lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Pros: I recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul and had an amazing experience. The location was absolutely perfect - authentic neighborhood full of character, yet just steps away from main streets and public transport. There were tons of cafes and local spots nearby, making it easy to grab a coffee or bite to eat without going far. The apartment itself was clean and clearly well taken care of. It felt cozy and welcoming. What really stood out, though, was the communication with the staff. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, always just a message away whenever we had a question or needed anything. The area had a really cool vibe—authentic, full of life, and with that unique Istanbul mix of old and new. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Everything great

Pros: Fantastic location, extremely clean flat, well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have access without keys.

Cons: We couldn't make the air conditioning heat for the first two days, but the nice guys came and helped us - thank you!

Pros: Excellent location for a trip to Istanbul. Irfan was super responsive and helpful. Anything you may need, cafés, restaurants supermarkets are - literally - round the corner. Extra asset the little balcony at the back. Great value for money. Highly recommend!

Overall, it’s a pleasant stay in a great location.

Pros: - Location was perfect. - The check-in and check-out was very easy. - there was delicious cake when I checked in. - fully equipped kitchen (I didn’t use it however) - washing machine Overall, it was perfectly adequate and convenient for a week long stay for 1 person.

Cons: - it was difficult to sleep: flashing lights in the smoke alarm and AC, the pillows were very large and uncomfortable and there was terrible sound insulation (like a waterfall every time someone flushed upstairs, could hear walking and talking, etc). Recommend bringing earplugs and eye mask. - a bit dark (apartment is below ground), but this is not too bad since you’re likely to be out all the time. - the bathroom is very small, which is fine but the shower curtain sticks to you when showering which is unpleasant

Pros: The best accommodation our of three we stayed at during our stay in Istanbul. Super attentive host, spacious apartment, very quite and cozy. Having separate bedrooms was a huge advantage for us, as we could set different temperatures with my sister - while I warmed the room up with AC, my sister slept with open door :) And it was nice to have breakfasts on the fresh air. Nice (but not cheap) restaurants right outside in the street.

Cons: In the big bedroom, there was annoying red light from the alarm - I slept with the towel on my head to hide from it :) The bathroom is tiny, but it was not a problem for us. Wish we had the basic things to cook in the kitchen, like oil and so on - you usually need a small piece of it to cook a few times. But the guests will leave those with time :)
