Pros: The room was spacious, Clean and comfortable but the real star was Ahmet. Not only did he talk us through the train system to get into town he lent us his travel cards so we didn't have to buy them. A really top guy who also arranged our very reasonably priced taxi transfer to the airport. We would stay here again purely based on how helpful he was.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Great service and property for families but away from Istanbul city.

Pros: Very friendly staffs, great property for families, 24 hr reception and daily cleaning services.

Cons: Not the best place if you are visiting Istanbul. It says 20 mins from city which is Kartar city but not Istanbul. Takes about an hour drive to reach Istanbul city.

Pros: I booked a 3 bedrooms flat for myself and my family for nine nights, and it was an excellent experience. The area is quiet and safe, everything is close to the accommodation — restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés. The apartment size is perfect for a family of six. The staff were wonderful, and I would like to thank Mr. Orhan, Mr. Omar, and Mr. Ahmed — they were very helpful, professional, and always responded to our needs immediately. Pros: This hotel was everything I needed and more I was in asian side of Istanbul turkey 🇹🇷 for surgery so I wanted a nice apartment hotel with kitchen balcony ect and this had it all and more The staff where unreal the receptionist where all so friendly so helpful the cleaning ladies where so nice all staff where fantastic way and above for me Anything I needed they helped me get there sorted food in for my arrival they helped way ordering in takeaways they pointed us in directions to small town center 5 min walk they sorted taxi they even sorted private 2 day tour with amed in his beautiful private luxury bus 👌 of Istanbul attractions Hotel was close to shops chemist cafes bakery ect I highly recommend 👌 this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Big and clean apartment

Pros: The staff was really nice. The apartment was very spacious. The equipment is not bad, you can cook there. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a good experience.

Cons: The equipment and furniture could be of better quality. The walls are a bit empty. The doors make a lot of noises. One door handle was broken and the hanger for towels in the bathroom as well.
