Pros: The location is very cool everything is the near from hotel staff is very good Oktai Abe is very good and humble man he is very helpful I didn’t seen a humble man like Oktai Abe and rooms are very clean atmosphere is very good actually I booked the hotel only for 4 days when I see the rooms and staff then I stayed for 3 weeks I highly recommend you will never regret stay in this hotel and the price very good and specially thanks to Oktai Abe

Wonderful stay at this hotel

Pros: I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. The main sights were within easy walking distance. When I visit Istanbul again, I will stay at this hotel again.

Small comfortable hotel

Pros: The apartments are small but comfortable. The rooms are fairly well equipped, and there’s a sea view from the balcony. The photos match reality. The staff is polite and always ready to help. They assisted us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. The location is excellent - there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafés, and one of the city’s most affordable street markets nearby. The hotel is conveniently close to a pedestrian crossing leading to the seaside promenade and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions.

Cons: There is no elevator in the building - you’ll need to use the stairs - they’re comfortable and well-lit, and the staff help with luggage. Toilet paper was provided every three days, and towels could be replaced on request, though they were in poor condition (not very clean). No daily cleaning in the room. The switch from the tap to the shower was broken off the thread and could not be used, so it was quite inconvenient to take a shower (especially to wash your hair, since the tap is located at knee level). However, the drainage worked well, and overall, the plumbing in the room was good. No dishes available - only paper cups, wooden stirrers and few bottles of water, also a few coffee, tea, and sugar sachets. All of that wasn't refill during the stay.

Perfect for a holiday

Pros: Ujan was a great person always smiling and helping. We requested a late check out and he allowed us to stay in the room till 4pm. Location 2 minutes to tramway t6 which takes you to sirkeci and kazlicesme. Tram arrives every 25 minutes. Markets down the hotel and stay late. Regarding the room, clean and new furniture. I rented the family room, more like a triple room, has a small balcony.

Pros: Nagyon kedves személyzet, jó helyen található kis szálloda.

Cons: Egy picit hideg volt, főleg a fürdőszobában.

Pros: The property is new, the guy at the reception is very polite and helpful. The room size is good. Location is considered good the train station is right behind the hotel train towards Sirkeci or yenikapi comes every 25 minute and from there you can go anywhere in Istanbul. There is a restaurants area beside the hotel. Considering the price, I will definitely stay there again.
