Very good place

Pros: Nice apartments. Good value for money. Clean, close to famous places, a lot of shops with good prices and souvenirs. Host was very polite and it was easy to communicate in case of any questions. It’s possible to cook. I highly recommend this place for exploring Istanbul.

Flat itself is good, area around and access to public transport is questionable

Pros: The apartment is rather small but has all facilities (fan, fridge, teapot, iron etc), tea/coffee, washing items. Modern, clean, big window (I could see the sea from mine:). No complaints really about the apartment itself (but for the size). Building is on a tiny quiet street; cafes, shops are very close. 2 tram stops to old historical area. The man who meets guests doesn't speak foreign language but managed communication via translatoe, replied by whatsup quickly

Cons: The building is old, has very narrow staircase without lift of course; located just near/in big bazaar; area is not much touristic and nice (though felt safe). The nearest tram stop is up to the hill, may not be easy for some people.

Nice stay

Pros: The room is nice and very quiet, the location is quiet too, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia. The equpiment was nice as well, we even had a microwave. The owner was friendly and helpful! Sidenote: On Booking.com it said we can pay with credit card but the owner told us cash. After a little bit of talking and asking again and again, it was possible for us to pay with card!

Cons: The biggest downside is the bathroom, it's not dirty but there is a bit of mold and the biggest problem is that there is no ventilation system or window, so you can't get the moisture out of the bathroom and the mold will probably increase...

Pros: The host is very good and very easy to communicate with. The beds and room was very comfortable. I slept peacefully.

Pros: Host took care of my needs like a family. It's a good stay especially if you are solo traveller like me.

Pros: The landlord is very kind and gentle, I liked this place, one day we might go back there

Pros: The receptionist ren was very patient and waited even though we arrived very late
