Clean, cozy, and close to everything.
Pros: We loved everything about our stay at Konak Maksem! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to main tourist attractions such as Koza Han and the Bursa Grand Bazaar. It was a peaceful and memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Eski ve tertemiz konakta muhteşem bir konaklama
Pros: - Tertemiz - Ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz baştan sona sorunsuzdu ve çok naziklerdi. - Eğer yürüme konusunda yaşı ileri olanlar varsa ev biraz yokuşta kalıyor. Ancak Hanlar bölgesine gidebilmek yeri çok çok ideal. - Evde özellikle mutfak yepyeni ve çok iyi konumda - Onun dışında şehrin eski bir mahallesinde böylesi güzel bir konakta kalmak hoş ve nostaljik bir duygu - Fiyat/performans açısından bizim için gayet iyiydi
Cons: - Tüm yatak odaları cadde tarafında olduğu için hafif uykusu olanlar için çok kolay olmayabilir.

Pros: Nous avions beaucoup de place, car nous y étions à quatre, mais cette idéal aussi pour 7.
Cons: C’est très bruyant, on entend tout bien de ce qui se passe dans la rue, et il y a du bruit jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit

Perfect home base for traveling in the area.
Pros: The place is spacious, clean, all amenities/furniture one might need are present and in perfect condition, beds comfortable, no insects, no problems with hot water, air conditioners present, the fridge is not big but there is enough space, so we didn't have issues with it. The location is just right to our liking - the city center and many attractions are nearby, within walking distance. Parking is relatively easy. No loud noises. And, of course, the hosts - wonderful and helpful people, can't thank them enough for their kindness!
Cons: No issues whatsoever.

Fantástica casa tradicional turca céntrica.
Pros: Es una casa tradicional turca muy bonita y muy completa con todo lo necesario para vivir: toallas, secador, lavadora y secadora, etc. Las camas muy cómodas. Éramos 5 personas y al estar dividida en tres plantas nos ha permitido tener cada uno nuestro espacio. Muy cerca del centro y de los puntos de interés turístico.
Cons: Para llegar hay que subir una cuesta.
