Pros: The hotel was great and the food was delicious, but what truly made my stay special was the staff. Especially Berfin — she was very professional, extremely hospitable, kind, and always ready to help. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you so much, Berfin!”

Pros: The food was amazing. I enjoyed it a lot. I like the staffs. They were very attentive and applied the hospitality standard.

Cons: I think only the noise of the wind that comes from outside . My husband couldn't sleep well.

Pros: The hotel and its services were excellent, with the staff being exceptionally helpful and friendly. For new learners, the location is highly convenient, as the school is very close to the hotel. You can even watch your kids while enjoying a drink in the lobby. The open buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options every day.

Wonderful holiday

Pros: We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for such a warm welcome, and especially to Mr. Ozkan, whose assistance from our arrival to our departure was exemplary.

Great hotel and location

Pros: We enjoyed the hotels facilities as well as the beautiful nature its surrounded by.

Cons: not the hotels fault, but unfortunately there was almost no snow at the time of our visit and when we wanted to go skiing we would have to pay instructor to take us somewhere further, which was quite expensive and still did not promise that we will ski at all.
