Pros: Everything was perfect. Communication with the host was fast and easy, he helped with everything. The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, it is a 5-minute walk from the sea. You can park for free near the apartment. I recommend

Pros: Very clean and fully equiped apartments on the top floor with large terrace. On weekend there is a food market on nearby streets. The main sites of city center are in easy acces from nearby train station. The host is always online.
Cons: It would be good to have more furniture on the terrace and a parasol.

Pros: Samer is very kind, we talked on the way, about the meeting time. He waited for us and handed over the apartment to us. It is a spacious and clean apartment. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable.

A very nice apartment, perfect local stay, within walking distance of the sea and downtown Istanbul.
Pros: The location is perfect if you do not appriciate the buzzing city life. The neighbourhood is quiet, and you have everything you need just around the corner, such as supermarkets, eateries, pharmacies, bakers and so on. The host is very friendly and will accomodate your every need, and if you experience any problems or missing things in the apartment, the hosts will accomodate you within the hour! A huge plus in our book! We will highly recommend this stay, if you are a couple who needs a quiet retreat to Istanbul. In the weekend (saturday) the streets is made into a local market, with everything your hearts desire of produce and trinkets.
Cons: Our expectations to the apartment was different from the photos and description. The apartment is not as big as the pictures and description lets you think, and in our oppinion, it is not suitable for family stays. The greatest drawback, is that the pictures of the apartment, makes you think that there are actually 2 bedrooms, when in fact there is 1, so our luck is that we did not bring our children for this trip/apartment.

Pros: Good The location was good and very clean. Quick response to questions and He responded to the request. There is a mini market and a bakery right in front of the apartment, so you will never have trouble finding something to buy. The owner and the locals are friendly and helpful. Not good What you see in the picture is all you get, other items need to be purchased. There is a little information available on what is missing or what can be replenished. This would be easier to understand if you created a rulebook or sent us a message in advance. The rules for the front door lock were difficult and we were not allowed into the apartment for 30 minutes. I think you also need to give the top key for the manager. Unfortunately, the panini maker cannot be used as it will trip the circuit breaker.

Excellent
Pros: This is a great property in an excellent location, & fabulous host. The two bedrooms are lovely, spacious with wide screen TV’s in each room & large comfortable beds. It is spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need, washing machine, dishwasher, full cooking facilities, a comfy lounge in the sitting area with another TV, & a great shower with plenty of hot running water. The perfect place to relax and experience an authentic Turkish neighbourhood, with a bakery directly opposite that bakes fresh bread every morning, a convenience store on the corner & a tram that takes you to the city centre just at the end of the street. A home away from home, we will be back & stay here again.
