Pros: Comfortable and clean rooms. Kind staff. They already have a breakfast.

Cons: They don't have good quality coffee. Sometimes is noisy because of other guests.

The hotel is good but more variety of delicious food needed.

Pros: The room is large, spacious, wonderful sea view, excellent wi-fi, good air conditioning, 3 outdoor pools, one is really huge, nice sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a sauna and hammam, gym. The hotel is away from the city, suitable for a quiet holiday, don't expect for evening entertainment, there is none. The sea is 10 minutes walk.

Cons: The biggest disappointment is the open buffet. It seems that the chef does not like his job and does not live up to the level of such a hotel. There are very few tasty dishes, they are monotonous, often already cold there. The 4 days we were there, the food was as Turkish as possible: fried eggs with sucuk, sucuk separately, boreks, sausages fried in ketcup, many turkish meze. Menemen was horribly sour and one time kisir was like 1 week old. There are no real juices and don't expect much variety in fruit either. One evening there was only one bread option to choose from... The coffee machine is turned off for dinner, it served only for breakfast. The staff were not so much helpful there carring mostly for cleaning the tables. You can also put names next to dishes for guest convenience. When we first entered our room, the dust on the furniture was very obvious. After two days, they only took out the trash and replaced the towels, on the third day they changed the linen and towels, but there was paper left under the sink, meaning no one cleaned there. The staff is friendly, young, but we didn't feel any Turkish hospitality here at all, we were never smiled at, except at the reception when checking in. I didn't understand why the fountain in the children's pool worked at night, it created unnecessary noise from the water, personally it prevented me from sleeping. It would also be great if check out would be extend to 12:00, because 11:00 is early. The hall is stuffy and hot, for some reason there is no air conditioning or it works very poorly.

Replace artificial flowers with real ones

Pros: The breakfast was varied, the water park, the green area, the massage was good at a reasonable price, the staff tried to solve our problems, also quite a spacious room, and they gave an extra baby bed at no extra charge .

Cons: The water in all the pools was cold. I was hoping to swim at least in the indoor pool, but the temperature of the pool was really unacceptable. The hotel restaurant is understaffed, so you will have to wait longer than usual for dinner. The location is outside the city, which is not a problem if you have a car, it's a 15-minute drive to the center, but there is nowhere to go for a walk near the hotel.

Excellent resort a short distance from Istanbul

Pros: Brilliant resort an easy drive from Istanbul. Generous breakfast and great facilities. Loads of activities for younger people

Good hotel, good value for money with very kind staff.

Pros: Great hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood. Would see myself staying here in summer if I wanted a quiet holiday. Staff is warm and very welcoming, not to mention the breakfast has tons of delicious food.

Pros: Extremely satisfied we were with the stay at this hotel - with a good location, clean room and friendly staff. As a compliment from the hotel, they replaced our room with a room with a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was rich and varied. The pools have perfectly clean water, with enough umbrellas for all guests. We would gladly visit again.

Pros: The room was very cozy and spacious. I asked for an additional bed which was materialized instantly in a blink of an eye.Breakfast was diverse and delicious with many options to try. Room amenities were high quality and the beds were very clean

Cons: Basically, nothing. But, the location was a bit in the middle of nowhere but by the sea. It was OK with me

Pros: A great hôtel for family holidays : amazing pools with slides for all ages (really amazing and big), nice playground, interior spa, big gym, dinner with buffet etc. You should book your room with diner included otherwise it is very expensive (25€/pax). The room are BIG, with a terrasse, you have enough space for your kids to play and feel comfortable. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they give you complimentary water, coffee and tea. They have baby beds and baby-chairs in the restaurants, so it is definetly kids friendly. Hotel team arrange for airport pickup and drop off, which was a big plus for us.

Cons: While the hotel is really clean, the pool sides are not cleaned everyday. The floor and lounge chairs are dirty with food and everything. Trash cans are overflowing. It would not take much, but it seems people managing the pool don't care. Also, baby-chairs in the restaurant and the pool bar were always dirty, even when you are the first costumer of the day. Bring your wipes !!
