Pros: Perfect value per money,I shall choose it again next time I come to Istanbul. Really clean.Quiet.Location close to Taksim,metro,busses, and restaurants (also typical local and affordable one).Shops and Istiklal Street very near,strategic location to explore the city.Not a five-star hotel,but what I need to enjoy the city and have a good rest. Extremely helpful and gentle staff, they do their best to help you and give you info.(They even offered me fruits).Nice,homely feeling.
Cons: There are steep stairs to get to the rooms, ours was at the second floor,which was OK.

Perfect stay near Taksim square
Pros: Good location near Taksim square and great value for money. Everything you need for a stay in Istanbul. Room very clean and comfortable. The owner is very nice and make sure everything is good for us. He offers to keep our bags before we leave Istanbul and borrow us an umbrella.

Pros: It was really clean and neat. I was concerned about these factors, because in Istanbul there’re not so many clean and reasonable priced places to stay in. But we were lucky to find this small hotel!
Cons: The room isn’t big though, but we rent it only for 2 days to sleep and go sightseeing, so it turned out a perfect option.

A most caring family run hotel with tight stairs
Pros: The family who run this are amazing - fabulous advice and care. They set me up with a bathhouse, showed me the bus stop close by and showed me places to eat. It’s a great place to stay provided you do t have too much luggage to drag up the tiny circular stairs to the room. I was on the 3rd floor and had to be careful not to trip on those stairs. But I would definitely italy stay again as the recommendations were amazing, the buses close to get places.
Cons: This tight stairs with a bag, but they did iffer to take it upstairs for me.

We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely visit Noya Suites again.
Pros: My husband and I spent five nights at this hotel. The owners, who are also a family, were incredibly kind. They helped us with our luggage and offered us breakfast and coffee or tea every day. For their service, kindness, and hospitality, they get a perfect 10 from us!
Cons: The only downside was that we couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, so we had to buy an additional e-sim card with more data. I assume the bad connection was because we were on the top floor, so the signal couldn’t reach our level. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

Pros: Lovely family hotel - the family treated us as their personal guests, with care, kindness, smiles. The location is superb, 5 minutes to Istiklal, 6 minutes to Taksim, 15 minutes to the bus stop to take you to the airport. The area is quiet at night. The room is bigger than I expected, white clean decor, everything is accurate. The bed linen is new, the matrass is comfortable and new. The refrigerator, the electric kettle, tea bags. The owner gave me a little tour of the surroundings, showed me the good breakfast place, the best kebab, and got me acquainted with the little fruit shop with super pomegranate juice. On the last day I was treated with hom-made cookies from the lady of the family and got supported to get on the bus to the airport (I am 75 years old). Love and gratitude from Svetlana!
