Kepler Club Sabiha Gökçen Airport - International Transit Area

Pros: Thanks for the friendly service, many times im sleeping in Kepler. Last visit was very good, the check in and professional service with Yağmur Kanber was good.

Perfect stay for a transit time.

Pros: All hotel stuff and especially Yagmur, who have made my check-in, were all very friendly, helpful and caring. Yagmur contacted me via WhatsApp to clarify all questions and picked me up from the reception in the shortest time. I had 10 hours of transit time in the airport during the night, and since it is in the transit area I could have enough rest. The capsule is very clean, cosy and spacios. Toilets and showers were clean. Wifi, tea, coffee and water were always available. Possibility to stay just few hours, have rest snd shower if needed is also very nice.

Cons: Nothing, I think it was a very nice experience.

10/10 stay, but quite pricy

Pros: • The hotel is in transit area, after the check-in already, so you should just leave 10 mins earlier the start of your boarding - that is sufficient to reach the gate. • The towels, house slippers, toothbrush & paste, ear plugs were provided and hair shampoo and shower gel are inside the cabins, but I still recommend you to take flip-flops for the shower. • Stuff is super friendly, and try to find a way around or help you out. Special thanks to Yağmur, Ece and Feyza • Mattresses are quite comfortable - I had a great sleep before my connecting flight • High-speed Wi-Fi and sockets inside the cabin, which allows you to work from there

Cons: • The smell from the toilet is quite strong, so would be great to put some air fresheners there. • I couldn’t switch off the sea breeze, which for someone is an advantage, but a pain for light sleepers😅 • Also it seemed that blankets are reused w/o washing for each guest, so would be great to put it in separate bed sheet for hygiene reasons • Milk was missing from the coffee machine, which would also be a nice add-on for the next time:)

Wonderful Location at SAW Istanbul Airport

Pros: Very nice place for a quick overnight stay at the airport! Kaldera was amazing and really really helpful, thank you so much for her! What was also really good was that they sent me a WhatsApp message confirming my check in time and flight number - felt that my booking was safe.

Pros: Very good level of hospitality, thanks to staff, I would like to say thank you to Feyza, Ece, Yagmur It was little noise by another man in room and ladies solved the problem and gave me better option. Also nice that this hotel has lounge bar you can work there or have a rest.

Cons: It can be loud if not respectful person stay near you, but quite easy to solve it.

Pros: I booked through Booking.com, they charge per day, but generally, an hour costs 15€, but since I stayed for 7 hours, it makes no difference whether I pay per hour or per day. Yagmur and her colleagues were very helpful, I had problems with the locker and as I heard, I wasn't the only one.
