Pros: The security guy at the door, the receptionist, the ladies in the spa to the cleaning ladies - they all welcomed us with a smile on their face. Especially the guest relations manager Mariam does her job very well. The hotel is big and spacious. Our room was also nice and clean and smelled nicely. We liked the spa area too. The huge outdoor waterpark is being renovated at the moment, so we couldn't swim outside but we will come back soon. It's almost finished and looks stunning. Nice and clean. The hotel itself is not brandnew anymore, you can tell that it's best days are over but as far as I could see they are constantly renovating. We will definitely come back, so I would recommend this hotel.

Cons: You need a car. There is basically nothing closeby, no supermarket, nothing.
