AVRASYAQUEEN HOTEL

Pros: I stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it was great. The guys in reception Sadek and his friend (sorry I forgot the name) were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a lighter when I needed one and insisted I keep it, they gave me coffee every morning, they even gave me their own water bottle when I couldn't find any shops to buy one (because it was very late). The owner of the hotel was also very nice, he made us turkish coffee when there was no coffee in the machine. Also there was cleaning every day. Pros: We came to Istanbul for J Lo concert and were looking specifically for a place close to Yenikapi Park. Friendly staff, they reserved and kept a place for the car even though we arrived late. It is possible to park right next to the building. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, there was a terrace open on the top floor where you could have breakfast.

Cons: Smell of cigarettes((( Not related to hotel: quite narrow streets, difficult to drive/park if you are not an experienced driver.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were friendly and we felt at home. Everything was clean and tidy.

A positive impression overall on my short stay

Pros: Very good location, cleanness, very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Generally happy, apart from asked for a double bed got the okay, and all it was, was 2 single beds placed next to each other

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. Both Sadik and his colleague were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a great difference. The room was consistently well-maintained, cleaned daily, and stocked with fresh towels and paper slippers, which added a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay!

Cons: However, I did want to mention a couple of areas for improvement. The room we stayed in felt a bit small, which made it a challenge to maneuver our luggage comfortably. Additionally, the size of the sink was somewhat limited for our needs. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you for the great service, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Pros: Located very close to Istanbul Yenikapi ferry boat harbor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasteful breakfast.

Cons: Room was not as clean as we would have liked.

Pros: Value for money, in the case of this hotel. Close to the city center, but in the meantime placed on a small and quiet street. Was able to park nearby.
