Pros: A tulajdonos kedves, segítőkész ember. Az ár/érték reális. Az ágy kimondottan kényelmes. A szoba tiszta volt. Tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető.

Cons: Bankkártyával nem lehet fizetni, csak Lírával vagy Euroval. Jó lenne egy kis asztal, szekrény, vagy polc, és néhány fogas. A környék külvárosias, nyilván ezért a kedvező ár.
