Pros: It's located very close to Yenikapi metro station and other tourist attractions. Also it surprised me with how clean and tidy it was. In addition to all that the staff were helpful respectful and professional. Thank you and I will visit again.

Pros: It was very clean and people was verry friendly We lose our entry card and they was not like other location!! They only ask 150 tl for it!!! All we can say,its: Respect!!! Was worth!!! Bravo!!!

A friendly and very nice family-run hotel
Pros: Clean and nice little hotel in a great location, it is easy to find many metro and tram lines in 5 min walk from here. The room and the district too is quiet. Everything in this hotel is clean and convenient. We could use the communal tables to spend time and eat our own breakfast, and the nice ladies had always some nice words to us. Unfortunately we don't speak Turkish, but we found answers from them to everything via translation app. It was really a memorable stay for us in Istambul, we will remember our stay here, and it is for great part thanks to our hosts!

Pros: Wonderful Stay at Neo Konak in Istanbul! I had an amazing time staying at Neo Konak in Istanbul with my family! Everything was very clean, neat, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly friendly and kind — truly wonderful people who made me feel very welcome. They generously offered tea and coffee all the time, which added a warm and personal touch to the experience. They also helped me with navigation and gave great local advice, which made exploring the city much easier and cheaper. Overall, everything was perfect. I’m very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend Neo Konak to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Pros: Kam ardhur disa herë në Stamboll, por ende nuk parë hotel më të mirë se ky Neo Konak. Gjithqka perfekte, dhoma gati se gjithçka e re, shume e paster dhe e fresket, klima punon per ftohje dhe per ngrohje, dhoma ka frigorifer, dhe eshte shume e gjërë sidomos per nje çift qe ka fëmijë, natën ka drita nga jashtë që i jep një pamje shumë perfekte dhomës, banjo e paster dhe e re, komoditetin që ta jep ky hotel me një çmim shumë të volishëm, besoj se nuk e gjeni askund, një prioritet shtesë që ka ky hotel është se ka parking falas, dhe nëse jeni me makinë, parkingun e keni të sigurtë. Staffi është shumë mikpritës dhe na ka ndihmuar shumë. Ecja në këmbë nga Hoteli deri te Aksaray Metro është vetëm 10 minuta. Lokacioni eshte shumë i përshtatshëm dhe hoteli është në zonë shumë të qetë. Falënderoj dy personat motër e vëlla për mikpritjen e ngrohtë. E rekomandoj këtë hotel.

Pros: Очень внимательные владельцы, помогали прокладывать маршруты, подсказывали лучшие варианты перемещения по городу. Из-за неблагоприятных погодных условий предложили лучший и больший номер, бесплатно.
Cons: Нет чайника в номере, нет ресторана в отеле. Но мне приносили чай и кофе по первому требованию.

Pros: Je recommande vivement cet hôtel confortable. idéalement situé à seulement 5 minutes du métro. J'y ai passé trois nuits et j'ai été très satisfaite. Ma chambre simple était propre, avec un grand lit, tout le confort nécessaire et une salle de bain privative. Je tiens à remercier la propriétaire et son frère pour leur excellent service et leur accueil chaleureux. J'étais seule, mais je me suis sentie comme en famille. La propriétaire m'a même accompagnée gratuitement au métro ( merci beaucoup c’est très gentil de ta part) , car j'avais beaucoup de bagages. Je vous souhaite le meilleur et vous remercie pour votre excellent accueil et votre respect envers vos clients. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans votre hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Istanbul.

Pros: Оставила здесь бронь недавно и осталась очень довольна. Для меня главное — чистота, и в этом отеле всё было идеально: ванная, постель, полотенца — всё чистое и аккуратное, без запахов и тем более без запаха сигарет. В номере было тихо и спокойно, отличное место для отдыха.Рядом находится метро Yanikapi , очень удобно добираться куда нужно. Хозяйка — невероятно дружелюбная, всегда готова помочь. По нашей просьбе нам быстро принесли чайник и утюг. Отношение — максимально вежливое и уважительное. Если вам важны тишина, чистота и удобное расположение — рекомендую этот отель.
Cons: Не было маленького стола и стульев . Но есть на первом этаже терраса . Видимо пр этому у них нет в номере чайник . Но не все любители чая , нам принесли чайник и чай и кофе

Another big plus is the location: the hotel is right next to the metro, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. Whether you’re sightseeing, shopping, or heading out for food, everything is just a quick ride away. Overall, Hotel Neo Konak is a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
