Excellent location.

Pros: Location was exceptional. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent. Amenities are great. Spacious for a family room. Everything we needed.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit slow and the tv couldn’t connect to it.

Nice rooms, great location, good value for money. We will come back to this hotel for sure again.

Pros: The location is great, very close to the tram station and city centre. Also the room was spacious and clean and the furniture was new. Bathroom was very nice and clean. We really liked the wellness and spa and we used it every day of our stay. The hotel is good value for money. Also, the staff at the reception were very nice and helpful, they did everything they could to meet our requirements.

Cons: The breakfast could be more diverse and the hotel should provide at least small bottle of water for each guest in the room as the water from tap is not drinkable.

Pros: the location is the best in the center public transport evry thing shops foods 100%

Cons: every thing is good 👍 but only one thing clean the room more i think thy don’t swipe the floor and the breakfast more menu almost same every day and its only traditional meal although i really like it the the food but a little more different dishes like Croissant etc but still was delicious 🤤 thank you so much

Pros: The location is very good, close to the tram, metro, Grand Bazaar, and Hagia Sophia. The breakfasts are tasty and diverse.

Cons: The room was very hot (I stayed in January), and the air conditioning was not working. Despite reporting this issue to the reception, no one repaired the air conditioning.
