Pros: Everything is amazing in this hotel. We loved the room. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well after a long journey to Istanbul. Very good breakfast with lots of options to chose from. We enjoy the spa services as well.

Pros: The hotel was excellent, the staff were brilliant and the facilities were excellent.

Cons: The air-conditioning had tiny particles of dust coming out of it and my wife had an allergic eye reaction from it.

Pros: The location is very nice and just besides a Chocolate musuem and wonderful location by Akabati shopping mall with a corner all kinds of restaurant you can choose from modern cafe to brunch or local food, and mall is big almost every fashion brands are here including local brand LC WAKIKI, Koton and Zara H&M, Forever 21 and in B1 there is a big supermarket to buy some local team, locum or grocery, really perfect for Sheraton Ensenyurt and they accept you to deliver your parcel in the reception and keep it well.
