Friendly clean hotel, great breakfast in fantastic location. Good for friends who want separate beds

Pros: The location was fantastic. it was so close to all the major sights (literally next door to the Blue Mosque), we could easily walk to everything, including ample evening meal restaurant options. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. There was a really good mix of food, plenty of it, some interesting local things to try and some hearty favourites to fill your belly before a big day out. The room was a great size for two friends sharing. The option of twin beds was made easily available unlike other hotels. We had a window that opened to let in fresh air.

Cons: Nothing, it was lovely, though of note, there is no lift here. However, stairs are shallow and easy to climb and there are not many floors.

Europe and Asia from your bedroom window.

Pros: Fantastic location and wonderful views overlooking the Bosphorus. Our flight landed at some ridiculous time in the morning but the staff allowed us to take room when we arrived which was wonderful after a 24hour journey. Breakfast was really good, probably the best of our total 3 month circum-navigation. The hotel itself had a mixture of old and new but never looked jaded or in need of a good facelift. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, attitude free. For sure when we return to Istanbul I will be looking for this hotel again.

Cons: Should have stayed longer. Be warned there are no lifts, but the staircase was wide enough to navigate without issue. The porter insisted on carrying all our luggage up which was a welcome relief at 7am.

Pros: Location and restaurant service. Very friendly and professional staff made everything to make us comfortable.

Cons: Bathrooms need renovation, rooms are tiny. But it's ok, it didn't spoil general impression.

Pros: We stay 5 days and was worth it every day The place is milestone to the rest of the history of the area .Location is key to all visiting places of the konstantinopolis The personnel to the reception was in general any time ready to guide or assist to any of our questions,mr Sedat was very helpful . The breakfast area was very nice and clean full of excellent food to self serve ,mr Batuhan was there every day to assist us .

Cons: There was nothing to be mention as a negative comment except maybe the absence of of an elevator due to the historical value of the building

Perfect location and confortable hotel

Pros: Location is outstanding, right in front of the Blue Mosque and with amazing views of the sea. The restaurant is looking to the sea and having breakfast there is simply great. Just perfect.

Cons: Interiors a little outdated, bathroom strange for non Muslims and a little too small.

Memorable.

Pros: It’s central location is excellent. It’s walking distance to Sultanahmet tramstop, blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, loads of food options. Best of all, the service and staff were exceptional. For example: I checked out at 4am and yet their kitchen staff prepared and packed breakfast for me to take away. There wasn’t a need for that yet for them to do it shows to highlight their service level. That alone means not only will I go to Istanbul again but stay there as well. Btw: the view from the restaurant is amazing.
