Best hotel in Istanbul

Pros: Absolutely great place to stay! The location is excellent - super close to Yenikapi station so easy access to metro lines and Marmaray. The staff is really friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great, lots of options. I stay here everytime I go to Istanbul and me and my friends have all been very happy with this hotel

Good location for shopping

Pros: The location is great for shopping and there is an available parking place close by. The staff is helpful and polite. We stayed 2 times here, up to now and we would stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

Pleasant stay

Pros: For a family of seven people it was a really good fit for us. The breakfast was diverse so for everyone there was food they like. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel is nearby a lot of shops and also nearby public transport which was really nice. There was also a refrigerator in the room which was convenient.

Comfortable, clean and excellent service

Pros: Everything but the highlight is the incredible customer service and the going beyond the call of duty for the staff from reception to cleaning to luggage care. Gul Otel will be my permanent home whenever I am in Istanbul

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay! The hotel has a great location — within walking distance of the Marmaray station and the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they even brought us fresh fruit to our room, and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We will definitely come back again — thank you for the warm hospitality!

Pros: The staff were so kind and they go beyond to help us in what we needed. The staff let us store the luggage after checkout and they even lent us an umbrella in a rainy day.

Great place to stay in the area

Pros: The room and all hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable. The staff is really helpfull and friendly. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast — it's rare to find a hotel that serves actual coffee instead of instant, and it made such a difference to start the day.
