Great location and host (Fatih)

Pros: The hotel manager, Fatih, took care of all of our needs and provided valuable suggestions and tips to maximize our stay and sightseeing tours. The entire staff were friendly and professional.

Cons: Unrelated to the property, we wish we had more time for exploring Istanbul.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Superb location in Sultanahmet

Pros: Superb location near the Blue Mosque. Great breakfast on the rooftop, where you have nice views of the Bosphorus. There is an elevator (but you need to climb 10 additional steps for the breakfast). Great price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The mini fridge was not working in room 105. The toilet was very low. I could have used some more packing space in the room.

Pros: Great location for 2min walk to Sultanahmet Square. Very quiet location. Super-helpful 24h front desk.

Cons: Noise from neighbouring rooms is almost like they are staying in your room. Needs some sound insulation :-(

Great location and 24/7 reception. Breakfast okay. Thin walls.

Pros: The location was excellent, a really great starting point for exploring the area. Breakfast was okay. The only small issue was that we missed breakfast on the first morning because we didn’t receive information about the exact time. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. A big plus was the 24-hour reception, which was essential for us since we arrived on a late evening flight and got to the hotel around 1 a.m.

Cons: A downside was that it was quite noisy in the morning — the walls are thin, and you can really hear everything.
