Pros: Mir hat die Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Good Stay could have been great, but there were issues.

Pros: Big apartment with washing machine. Good location very close to the Galata tower.

Cons: Heat didn't work. We were there in December and heat never worked. I talked ti the management several times, but it never gelot resolved. Maybe not an issue during the warmer months but it was a problem for us. Also, the unit didn't have enough lighting especially in the living room/kitchen area. Another problem was the very slow draining shower. I had to reduce the water flow in order not to stand in a puddle of water while showering. Mentioned this to the management as well and was not resolved during our stay.

Comfortable stay in a great location

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in one of the best locations in Istanbul right next to Galata Tower but on a quiet street. Communication with the staff was smooth and easy. They were quick to respond and even stored my luggage after checkout. The only downside was the small bathroom, especially the shower, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
