Beautiful set of apartments in a side street off Istiklal Caddesi with a view of Galata Tower
Pros: Really lovely set of apartments on top of Bon Veno supermarket. I had the top floor which was a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment - views of the sea and of Galata tower. It has a balcony facing Serdar- i -Ekrem Caddesi , a lively cobblestoned street leading to the Galata tower with lots of cafes and then the main Istiklal Caddesi. The apartment is well furnished with all mod cons. The Bon Veno supermarket is absolutely a huge selling point of this whole apartment block as its so convenient and open morning , day and late in the evening. The bedroom looks out onto an incomplete building which looks not to be finished so even though it isnt a scenic view, you will be guaranteed a good , quiet nights sleep.
Cons: The apartment had a series of leaks , I had 3 to contend with but the host was brilliant and responsive. There is no cleaning included but a washing machine is available but no in house cleaning.

Amazing appartment, great location. We enjoyed every second. Super responsive host. Definitely a recomendation.
Pros: Fantastic everything was perfect. Great size, amenities great, location perfect. Very very good!
Cons: The mattress needs to be changed for a new one.

Pros: The property vas very spaceous, clean and comfortable. The location was really good, close to Galata Tower and nearby public transport. It had every possible amenity needed for a stay, like a fully operational kitchen, laundry machine, iron, coffee maker etc. Definitively would 10/10 recommend to anyone

Pros: Eine sehr schöne Wohnung ! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Es gab Probleme mit der Toilette - doch es wurde uns ganz schnell eine gute Lösung präsentiert ! Danke hierfür !
Cons: Die Anfahrt hat nicht wirklich geklappt. Ohne GoogleMaps ist man verloren.

Pros: Perfect placement for tourists. New building and all inside, a good food shop in the building. The flat was big, amazing view from the balcony. The kitchen was perfectly equiped. Washing machine and dishwasher were the best. Big TV. It was very calm though the whole neighborhood is a very crowded place.
Cons: The mansard ceiling that is low in some places was a problem, high people can hit hardly their heads. A glass door to bathroom was a bit unusual)) an extra blanket could be valuable.

Amazing stay- Amazing team
Pros: Dont think twice if you consider staying in this place. Location- top, Cleanliness - top, Apartment -Amazing !!!. We really enjoyed our stay, and even though it was just in the corner of the galata tower, super quiet. The apartment has everything u might need during your stay. Also, in case of any queries, the team taking care of the apartment were amazing and answered almost immediately to any questions. Also check-in was straight forward and smooth, all information will be sent in advance. Thanks again to the Hubcon team for all your efforts and support through out our stay. You were amazing.

Pros: Комфортно , чисто , красиво,светло , современно. Рядом с Галата Портом , Галатской башней -оживленно,но очень тихо , прекрасный вид, балкон. Полноценная кухня оборудована плитой,духовкой, микроволновой печью, тостером,бленднром,гриллем,кофемашиной. Есть стиральная машина,посудомоечная машина. Набор посуды полный. Апартаменты просторные и уютные, кровать удобная.Очень хорошо,что есть средство для стирки и посуды.Вода горячая с хорошим напором , без перебоев. Само здание светлое , безопасное, кодовые замки.Интернет быстрый. В шаговой доступности продуктовый магазин ,в котором есть все необходимое. Хозяин всегда на связи. Нам очень все понравилось , метро рядом. Уборку нужно заказывать отдельно. Рекомендую.
Cons: Всё было хорошо.
