Really affordable and flexible, the owner is really kind and everything is on walking distance

Pros: The owner is beyond kind. Extremely flexible and understanding. The communication was perfect and flawless and we had everything we needed without having to ask for it. It’s location is perfect, just a five minute walk from taxim square and everything is perfectly doable by walk.

Cons: It’s less spacious than expected

Fine week in Taksim premises

Pros: Space, facilities ( air conditioned ), normal noise.

Cons: Street is not clean, no recycling of plastics and glass all over the city.

Pros: Todo genial, bien equipado y a menos de 5 minutos andando a Taksim Meydani. La comunicación con el anfitrión genial, fue atento en todo momento.

All what you need .. value for money

Pros: All what I need as a solo traveller .. comfy bed .. almost everything you need in a small private apartment for 1 or 2 guests .. it was really clean .. will book it again

Cons: If you have very big luggages the unit entrance/door might be a little narrow but fine it’s a one time thing

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment during my trip to Istanbul. The location was ideal—close to public transport, cafes, restaurants, markets and all the main attractions. The apartment was just 9 mins walk to Taksim Square and it was as described: clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. One of the things I loved most was how much natural sunlight the apartment gets from the windows which made the whole space feel warm and welcoming throughout the day. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and full of local people who were very kind to me and to my friends which made us feel like it’s our home and our neighborhood . The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the smooth check-in process.

Cons: The only thing I would suggest is adding an air conditioner in the living room, especially during the warmer months. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Pros: Новый чистый ремонт. Очень уютно. В реальности лучше, чем на фото. Близко метро - 10 минут пешком. Кафешки на районе. Магазины. Хороший кондиционер. Имеется отопление. Отзывчивый хозяин.

Cons: Не хватило кружек для чая и кастрюли.
