Great choice for your Istanbul adventure
Pros: The owner was really helpful and available, he assisted us several times with different minor things. The location is good, around 7 minutes away from the tram station, and there are many good restaurants on the street. We felt very comfortable and welcomed during our stay.
Cons: No major things. There is no elevator, which is of course mentioned in the description. If you have big luggage, it might be difficult to go up and down. But actually, the owner helped me with the luggage, on the last day. Thank you very much for this!

Pros: The Mr. Fatih's apartment is very nice, tidy and comfortable. Important for us was availability of kitchen, washing machine for we could cook something at the morning and wash our clothes after hot day👌 Good wi-fi👍 smart TV💯 Location is very good: 500m from Taxim Square, Istiklal street, Galata, 800m to Bosforus❤️ The Owner is very helpful and pleasant person. Allowed early check-in for us. So we are obviously recommend this apartment to pairs and small families up to 4 people 🤗 Thanks, Mr. FATIH!

Pros: The host Mr. Fatih is really a nice guy, he's helpful and resourceful. The apartment was beyond my expectations. it was very clean, modern, cozy and comfy. If I'm going to visit Istanbul again, definitely Mr.Fatih's apartment is my first choice.

Pros: L'appartement est magnifique et équipé de tout, idéal pour un séjour à deux. Il est aussi situé dans un quartier très central et permet de visiter très bien Istanbul. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié est la gentillesse de Fatih, le propriétaire, qui a été d'une grande disponibilité.

If you want an authentic and comfy stay, here is the place!
Pros: I love this authentic apartment. The location is wonderful—fast walk to metro lines, easy stroll down an artsy street to the Istanbul Modern Museum and 20 minute stroll to Karakoy … the bed is comfy and the bedroom despite being in an area with lively nightlife is very quiet. Kitchen is stocked with anything you need to make or store food or coffee or tea. Price point was unbeatable. Host was beyond helpful. I will return and do recommend.

Pros: La casa di Günes è tranquilla pur essendo in una zona piena di locali. La camera da letto dà su una corte interna. Nella media degli appartamenti di Istanbul è molto pulita e confortevole. Ottima la doccia, il riscaldamento, la lavatrice. la cucina è un po' piccola ma c'è tutto quel che serve. Sempre presente l'host pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ci siamo stati in due per 10 giorni, poi da sola per altri 15. Wifi impeccabile.

Pros: Квартира находится в богемном и живописном районе Стамбула. Из окон гостиной открывается вид на Софию и Галату. Сама квартира винтажно уютная, спальня тихая, летом в гостиной будет шумновато по вечера из-за соседнего бара, но это тоже элемент атмосферы. Сантехника хорошая, напор воды в душе отличный, есть шампунь и гель для душа. Квартира обставлена с любовью, есть растения. Есть стиральная машина. Хозяин очень отзывчивый, инструкции как добраться и открыть квартиру максимально понятные. Это было прекрасное путешествие, спасибо огромное.
Cons: Кондиционер мог бы работать потише

Comfortable, homey no-frills apartment
Pros: Fatih gets a 10 as a host, the space itself a 7-7.5. Fatih is an outstanding host, he really lives up to all the positive reviews. Very friendly and accommodating, super responsive to all requests and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The apartment is a good size and kitchen is very well equipped, I cooked at home a lot. Location is great, easy to walk to Istiklal Street, Taksim and Tophane tram stop, and the neighborhood is chill. The bedroom is located away from the street side and very quiet for sleeping. Dual shower heads are amazing. I especially appreciated being able to check in early, as I arrived on an early morning flight. Checkin was easy with clear instructions.
Cons: The biggest disappointment was there is no balcony as advertised (this is my most important requirement). Air circulation is a problem, the living room is always warm. The bedroom has AC, but somehow the cool air will not travel to the living room. Fatih provided a fan upon request, but it didn’t help much. The bathroom is very small, only a narrow ledge for products. The kitchen is also small and the sink is awkwardly placed in the corner. The bed is not very comfortable and the bedding was not typical. There were some problems with the washing machine which were fixed, but it’s a little testy. Also the TV is very finicky. Also surprised there’s no cleaning service when I stayed more than 2 weeks.
