Helpful/responsive host, great value

Pros: Host was super helpful. Quick responsive even late at night, ordered me food to be delivered because there was an issue with my phone. My room was upgraded for free and it was a very comfortable mattress. Location amazing price amazing.

Cons: Nothing to improve really but perhaps some tea would be nice

Pros: Great location within walking distance of Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Easy access to public transportation, and the host was very attentive and helpful.

Very nice experience!

Pros: The staff was super friendly, polite and supportive with whatever we needed. The location is excellent! And they also offer slippers!

Cons: We had a 3rd floor room and there was no elevator. There were also few holes in the bed sheets, although they were super clean and smelling nice.

Pros: Great location, good size room, clean, all the necessities are provided and LOTS of good restaurants in the surroundings.

Cons: The walls are very thin and I could hear people coming in and out of the other rooms.
