Very local stay in Istanbul

Pros: They let us early check-in! Thanks a lot! Great location near the seaside and public transport.Quiet local neighborhood. Comfortable bed with clean bed linen. Coffee and tea zone in the room. The towel dryer in the bathroom was very useful. Good hot water pressure.

Cons: The strong smoking smell in the room that rises from curtains and furniture. Fortunately it was hot enough so we can hold the window open all the time. Also we had to use the smell oil bottle from the bathroom. Only one holder for shower head that was pretty high so it was a bit hard to take shower only for body and keep my hair dry. But it is only my vision.

Pros: Staff is extremely nice and always makes our stay comfortable ☺️

Nice staff, good location, worth the money, dusty room.

Pros: The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. There are bottles of water, coffee sticks and a kettle in the room. The hotel is located within walking distance to the marmaray, which is very convenient for moving from the Asian part of the city to the European.

Cons: The disadvantage of the hotel is dirty floors, dust on furniture and windows. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, during this time the room was not cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn't close because the lock was broken. It was inconvenient that the shower stall wouldn't close. The sofa and carpet in our room were scorched by cigarettes. I hope they improve this.

Pros: Great location near bus stop, train and metro station. Quiet area. Clean room with all the necessities. Staff members were very friendly and polite.

Cons: We could hear noises from other rooms.

Pros: Experienced personnel. Good location, near is situated Kartal transport hub.

Cons: In our room, there was this peculiar smell, and AC couldn't handle it. Then we opened the window for ventilation, and it was swarming with mosquitoes. We're caught in a circle loop.

Pros: الفندق على اعلى مستوى، النظافة ممتازة جداً، الخدمات ممتازة وسريعة، الموظفون قمة في اللطافة بالاخص شخص اسمه عبدالرحمن متعاون جداً ، الموقع مثالي قريب على البحر وعلى المحلات ، افضل تجربة مررت فيها في فندق على الاطلاق كانت ليلتان غاية في الروعة ❤️🌸

Pros: Ich hatte mein Handy im Taxi vergessen. Das Hotel konnte die Taxisation von Flughafen Sabiha gökcen erreichen und mein Handy wurde ins Hotel gebracht. Einen besonderen Dank an dem Receptionist Yasin🙏👌
