Pros: The rooms were Spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us an upgrade when we’re not satisfied with our first room.

Cons: We weren’t happy with the basement room because it didn’t have any windows and communicated it with the staff and they were too kind to move us to a different room as soon as one was free.

It was enjoyable, and i would choose it again.

Pros: The location is great. Very close to metro and bus lines but also in a walkable distance from Taksim square. The apartmant was clean, and cleaning service is provided every day. Our apartmant was facing the backyard, so we didnt hear any noises from the street however, the ACs, ventilation machines or something else was pretty loud, even during the night. The receptionists coresponded with our driver to and from the airport so getting to the airport on departure day was very smooth.

Cons: The noises in the backyard were really loud, so those who have troubles to fall asleep might have a problem.

Pros: Location and the fact that we slept well despite the busy area as the property is well sound proofed. Lots of eating out options near the property. Osman Bey Metro station within walking distance making it easy to go anywhere.

Pros: The location was great so this was my second time choosing this place .

Cons: The driver that the hotel arranged for us was very rude.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Flexible check-in. Good location near Metro and shops. Very clean apartment. Fairly well equipped kitchen for cooking the basics. Feels secure, with a solid front door to the apartment.

Cons: Only minor details. The mattress was a bit firm for me. The shower head needs replacing. The TV remote didn't work.

Pros: Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Location was great - few minutes from Metro, bustling outside, but quiet inside. Slept really well.
